Rocket and space industry, which has a unique potential, experience and knowledge should be oriented towards innovative development of Russian economy. To achieve such initiative it is necessary to create and implement mechanisms of influence on the economic entities operating in this industry, providing increased activity of their intellectual activity and interest in innovative development, including by means of transfer of the research results into practice and involvement of available scientific and technical reserves for intensification and stimulate scientific, technical and technological development of the russian industry.
